We publish this so every member can see where club money goes. Fees aim to cover running costs plus a small reserve. Figures are rounded and based on the assumptions below; questions welcome.

Club nights use 1-3 courts depending on numbers at the Monday roll call; 2 is assumed on average. Shuttles are not included in the projections but will be ordered as appropriate.

The reserve is for contingencies: extra courts when numbers need them, October 2027’s BE and league fees (£97), and any rise in court prices. Anything left over will be spent for the good of the club, as agreed by a member vote when appropriate.
