Our first AGM

21 July 2026

We held our first AGM and formed a committee to run the club:

• Chairman: Cal Bryant
• Secretary: James Checkley
• Treasurer: Silvio Fusiello
• Wellbeing Officer: Oliver Brookes

We also shared out the jobs that keep the club running:

• Silvio: court bookings, membership fees, and our Facebook and Instagram accounts
• Silvio and Cal: health and emergency information
• James: affiliation with Badminton England and the Cambridgeshire Badminton Association
• Cal: creating, hosting and maintaining the website

We discussed the possibility of entering a league (spoiler: we did), and how to encourage new members to join. Know someone who’d like to play? Point them our way!
